Teri Olbrot is an occupational therapist and yoga teacher who, upon retiring from a career in pediatrics, began taking courses in active aging and leadership. She earned credentials in teaching Lifestyle Redesign for Active Older Adults, as well as credentials in Leadership and Home Modifications.

Teri continues to dive deep into well-researched and accredited information to share with you, including courses from the American Occupational Therapy Association, information from the Cleveland Clinic, and the works of David A. Kessler, M.D.
